Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, radiological science, Healthcare Administration, or a directly related field AND minimum six (6) years of radiologic technology experience or minimum nine (9) years in related field.
• Radiologic Technologist Certificate (California) required at hire AND ARRT Radiography Certificate required at hire.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine Certificate required at hire OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate required at hire from NMT Certification Board.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certificate required at hire OR Registered Vascular Technologist Certificate required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of multiple units within a department and allocates resources.
• Translates business strategy into actionable requirements and ensures service delivery meets member needs.
• Provides leadership to educate patients and ensure privacy/safety protocols are followed.
• Manages inventory, labor relations, and cost-saving initiatives across the department.
• Drives compliance with safety regulations and evaluates equipment issues and incident escalation.
• Implements improvements to radiology workflows and data accuracy in RIS.
