Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic business leader to grow its Host Networking business for AI infrastructure with AI Labs and Hyperscalers. This leader will shape strategic direction, engage key customers, and drive multi-year growth for DPU, SmartNIC, and related software ecosystems.

You will lead go-to-market efforts, align product, sales, engineering, architecture, marketing and partners, and build trust with executives at customers and NVIDIA. Equity and competitive compensation are included.

Qualifications

• A technical university degree (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years of experience driving business development, product or go-to-market strategy for data center networking, cloud infrastructure, accelerated computing, semiconductor, or infrastructure software products.
• 10 years of management experience.
• Experience closing strategic networking, silicon, platform, or infrastructure design wins with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or leading internet-scale customers.
• Track record of launching and growing new product offerings for hyperscalers AI infrastructure, directly with customers and through partner or ecosystem motions.
• Strong working knowledge of DPU, SmartNIC, SuperNIC, NIC, server networking, RDMA over Ethernet, virtualization, cloud security and storage offload, and AI data center architectures.
• Can present complex marketing and technical content to executives at NVIDIA, our partners, and hyperscaler customers succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close strategic design wins for DPU and SuperNIC with top AI labs and Cloud Service Providers.
• Build and implement the segment sales growth strategy for host networking across hyperscaler and frontier model AI labs building large scale AI infrastructure.
• Define customer-specific DPU and SuperNIC value propositions and deployment motions, and lead a matrixed team across product, architects, engineering, sales and marketing teams.
• Promote NVIDIA host networking products externally and internally, positioning their value for AI workloads and other infrastructure products from NVIDIA, in a collection of use-cases in Networking, Security and Storage.
• Build a robust opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams, including account mapping, customer requirements, proof points, executive engagement, and partner alignment.
• Track and drive quarterly business reporting, forecast accuracy, design‑win progress, roadmap asks, and market insights
