Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable our hyperscale data center growth strategy. This individual contributor role focuses on system design, governance, reporting, and performance management across large-scale infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data center or related program management.
• Technical understanding of data center infrastructure and related tech.
• Experience building cost/benefit analyses and business cases.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, vendor management, and global supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project business plans for hyperscale data center initiatives.
• Implement and manage centralized project tracking systems and reporting tools; standardize workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities.
• Track project performance against schedule, cost, and quality baselines.
• Define goals and metrics with speed using deep technical judgment.
• Drive comprehensive risk analysis and mitigation for large-scale data center projects.
• Own executive-level communications, including Plans of Record, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
