Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Director to own the AWS or NVIDIA business within the Custom AI Power group. You will set strategy, own the product roadmap, and drive P&L while leading a cross-functional team across design, manufacturing, and sales.

In this senior leadership role, you will manage multi-generation roadmaps for modules, digital controllers, and power stages, partnering with customers and executive leadership to align investments and priorities in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the power management/power semiconductor industry with deep technical grounding.
• End-to-end business or product-line experience: strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and P&L.
• Strong track record engaging with hyperscalers and AI compute providers at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS or NVIDIA BU strategy, roadmap, revenue/margin outcomes and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product management, program management, and engineering.
• Build multi-generation roadmaps for modules, digital controllers, and power stages.
• Represent customer voice internally and Renesas capabilities externally at executive reviews.
