Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an HR Director to partner with senior leaders to plan and coordinate HR policies and staff across manufacturing sites. You will guide HR, Staffing and Recruitment teams in day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with employment laws while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

You will lead workforce programs, monitor HR metrics, and drive talent strategies, improvements, and change management across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR management experience, including leadership of HR staff.
• Experience in manufacturing and California labor law knowledge.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication.
• Ability to build and scale HR functions from the ground up; strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and coordinate HR policies and staff.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $141,000K-$180,800K Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.

Responsibilities

The HR Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan, facilitate, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and staff to attract and retain top talent. The HR Director will lead our HR, Staffing and Recruitment teams in day-to-day operations, driving excellence and consistency throughout the organization. Oversees the daily workflow of human resources departments. Collaborates with leaders across manufacturing sites to guide, and align with communications, culture, and workflows. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to senior leadership. Leads the HR team in conducting research and analysis of organizational trends including the review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information systems (HRIS) Guides and administers human resource programs including, but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale. Helps plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs. Manages discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Collaborates with senior leadership to identify and implement the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Travels as needed to other Hyve locations. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

BS in Human Resources or years of experience. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years Manufacturing preferred. Over 5+ years of experience in management and mentoring HR Department. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building effective work relationships. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR functions from the ground up. Innovative and proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and opportunities. Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
