Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• 3 Years of related healthcare experience required.
• Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis.
• Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required.
• Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part‑time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,880.00 to $105,809.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
