Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring Spectrum policies are consistently administered.
  • Guide managers and supervisors with consultative support and resolve escalated employee issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk.
  • Direct recruiting and staffing processes, designing employee retention strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll processing, commission reporting and maintenance of HRIS database.
  • Hire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget planning.

How You’ll Make An Impact

The base pay for this position generally is between $120,800.00 and $257,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
