Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Director, HR Systems Products to lead the enterprise HR technology ecosystem, owning SAP SuccessFactors and custom HR applications, while establishing strong SDLC governance and secure, scalable operations.

You will lead a team of SMEs, partner with HR COEs, IT, and external vendors, and drive the HR technology roadmap, data quality, and KPI reporting to ensure HR initiatives translate into business value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR technology experience.
• 3–5+ years leading enterprise HR systems teams.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR systems and applications portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom-built HR solutions.
• Lead HR systems team, partner with HR COEs, IT, and vendors, ensuring delivery against roadmaps and SLAs.
• Establish and enforce SDLC, Agile, and governance standards for HR systems across design, build, test, and deployment.
• Drive adoption, data quality, and system performance with KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-scale operations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing HR Systems team and manage strategic relationships with IT and vendors.
