Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in portfolio management, enterprise PMO leadership, HR transformation, HR technology, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise portfolios or PMO functions supporting cross-functional organizations.
• Proven track record partnering with executive leadership, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across matrixed teams.
• Experience overseeing HR technology transformations, including Workday or HRIS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic governance and oversight of the HR transformation and HR technology portfolio.
• Establish portfolio prioritization frameworks, investment criteria and governance standards.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate portfolio-level decision making among HR leadership and GIS partners.
• Drive enterprise roadmap planning and cross-functional alignment across programs.
