Morgan State University is seeking a Director of HR Operations & Service Delivery to lead HRIS strategy, service delivery, and payroll governance across the university.

You will drive automation, data integrity, and compliant HR processes, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment with institutional goals. A strong customer‑focus and strategic outlook are essential for success in a complex university environment.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity.
• Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certification highly desired; master’s degree may receive preference.
• Experience: experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, training, and ongoing support; SOPs and service delivery knowledge are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR Operations and Service Delivery, optimizing HR service delivery and HRMS platform management.
• Oversee HRIS initiatives, data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across the employee lifecycle and payroll-related processes.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, IT, finance, and other departments to align HRIS and payroll priorities.
