Job summary

City Heights CDC seeks a senior leader to guide housing stability and resident services, including eviction prevention, food security, and supportive programs. You will direct CEPS and related initiatives, align annual goals to strategic plans, and supervise a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced community setting.

You will manage real estate activities, coordinate with partners, ensure compliance and outcomes, and report to Executive Leadership while advancing equity and community development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; five+ years' experience in housing, resident services, or community development.
• Strong experience managing programs, contracts, grants, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for housing stability, resident services, eviction prevention, and related programs.
• Oversee real estate transactions, capital improvements, and development projects.
• Build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and service providers.
• Ensure program metrics, reporting, and audit readiness.
