Job summary

Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) is seeking a Director of Housing Choice Voucher Program to lead and oversee the HCV program, special voucher initiatives, and related housing programs. The role requires strategic vision and strong management to improve service delivery for low-income households in Santa Clara County.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in housing programs, customer service, and leadership, with a Master’s degree and at least ten years in executive

Qualifications

A master's degree as specified and at least 10 years of executive or management experience in HCV program planning, development and implementation.
At least 7 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, manage, and oversee the Housing Choice Voucher Program and related housing programs.
Provide high-level management support to the Deputy Executive Director for long-term agency vision.
Coordinate activities with government officials, outside agencies, and the public.
Foster cooperative relationships among agency departments and intergovernmental partners.
