Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Five years of hospital revenue management experience with three years in leadership
• HFMA or AAHAM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of revenue management functions across multiple facilities.
• Lead hospital billing, insurance collections, cash posting, denial management, and AR management.
• Collaborate with operational/clinical departments to reduce billing delays and improve financial outcomes.
• Monitor AR aging, contractual adjustments, and variance resolution.
• Develop and manage vendor implementations and transition service agreements.
