PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington seeks a Director of Plant Operations and Environmental Services to lead plant operations, maintenance, and environmental services across our facility. You will oversee safety, security, and compliance with Life Safety Codes while managing budgetary constraints.

The role requires strong leadership, hospital maintenance experience, and familiarity with JACHO, NFPA, OSHA standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Community electrical maintenance license if required.
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification desired.
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Hospital maintenance experience required.
• Must be familiar with JACHO, NFPA, & OSHA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security activities within established standard and Guidelines, PAM Health Policies and procedures, and budgetary limitations.
• Conduct inspections and maintain the facility and equipment to ensure that all aspects of the environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and interim Life Safety Code are achieved.
