Job summary

PAM Health in Sugar Land seeks an experienced Director of Plant Operations and Environmental Services to oversee Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety and Security, within budget and PAM Health policies.

You will conduct inspections, maintain facility and equipment to meet Life Safety codes, JACHO, NFPA and OSHA standards, and lead a team with a focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have five years of related hospital maintenance experience.
• Familiar with JACHO, NFPA and OSHA regulations.
• Community electrical maintenance license if required.

• Manage Plant Operations, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Safety, and Security within budgets and PAM Health policies.
• Conduct inspections and maintain facility and equipment to meet Life Safety Code standards.
