Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years hospital finance experience recommended; leadership experience required.
• Experience with EPIC, Strata and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Budget Development and Adherence.
• Development of global statistics.
• Assist on-site management in development of budgets.
• Review monthly financial statements for significant variances and corrective actions.
• Review monthly department budgets for expense management and cost reductions.
• Support New Program Development and Pro Formas.
• Focus on multi-departmental implications of new programs.
• Assist with CON development and strategic planning liaison.
• Prepare reports for Senior Leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure revenue capture and chargemaster accuracy with Revenue Management.
