Onsite role based in Arlington, TX with standard full-time hours. The position emphasizes fiscal management, staff leadership and cross-functional collaboration with hospital leadership to sustain high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• DEPARTMENTAL OPERATIONS - Organize and delegate activities as required for the safe, efficient and effective operation of the department, including collaboration with hospital leadership to implement policies and standards.
• LEADERSHIP/ACCOUNTABILITY - Promote professional image, build relationships with physicians, staff and administration, and apply team-building strategies.
• QUALITY - Collaborate with patients, staff and stakeholders to meet needs and use data to identify opportunities for improving care and patient safety.
• FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY - Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets for the department in coordination with management and staff.
• HUMAN RESOURCES/STAFF MANAGEMENT - Oversee recruitment, retention, development and performance of department staff.
