Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee Plant Operations/Engineering on a hospital campus in Arlington, TX. The role covers daily operations, regulatory compliance, energy management and financial oversight.

The position requires 5 years of healthcare facilities leadership (or 9 years with a HS diploma), a relevant degree, and CHFM is preferred. Work hours are Monday–Friday, onsite at our Arlington campus.

Qualifications

• 5 years progressive leadership experience in facilities management with emphasis on healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and delegate activities for safe, efficient department operation.
• Develop and oversee policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory/ accreditation requirements.
• Promote professional image and lead collaboration with physicians, staff and administration.
• Manage operating and capital budgets for the department with staffing considerations.
