Qualifications

• Experience in a large community or teaching hospital preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise staff, ensuring compliance and engagement.
• Manage operating and capital budgets effectively.
• Oversee maintenance and construction activities.

Skills

Knowledge of NFPA, CMS, TJC, OSHA, EPA

Working knowledge of HVAC systems

Strong leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of related experience

Associate’s Degree with 7 years of experience
