Job summary

Directions for Living is seeking a Supervisior for the Homeless Outreach Mobile Engagement (HOME) program in Florida. This office-based role leads counselors, care coordinators, and other team members to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services to adults facing homelessness.

Strong leadership and knowledge of community resources are required. The program emphasizes collaboration with partners to ensure housing stability and health outcomes, while meeting productivity and client-care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field with a minimum of two years’ leadership experience within an outpatient community mental health organization, homeless services organization or social service agency
• Knowledge of local community resources and ability to navigate available supports

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to HOME program team and assigned staff
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory/com contractual compliance
• Monitor team performance, documentation quality, and productivity
• Promote trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented services
• Collaborate with internal programs and external partners to coordinate comprehensive care
• Meet client-facing service expectations weekly/monthly/annually
