Responsibilities

• Build organizational capacity and develop a high-performing workforce.
• Lead strategic planning with growth, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Manage Member cases with funding sources, costs, and outcomes.
• Address member/provider concerns on services and billing.
• Ensure services meet authorized plans; conduct home visits as needed.
• Advise Executive team to strengthen market position.
• Ensure service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate Home Care & CES services.
• Monitor budgets and perform cost/productivity analyses.
• Support HR in recruiting to meet staffing needs.
• Cross-sell agency services to referral sources.
• Align programs with financial objectives; propose budgets.
• Set and pursue short/long-term goals and operating procedures.
• Report finances, conduct feasibility, and recommend fee schedules.
• Maintain QA standards; coordinate inspections and audits.
• Coach staff with performance evaluations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
