Job summary

HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Florida is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead all hospital supply chain activities and partner with the Consolidated Service Center to optimize costs and service levels.

You will oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and OR supply chain operations, develop policies, mentor staff, and drive performance metrics while collaborating with OR leadership to deliver safe, cost-efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or healthcare.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility Supply Chain operations.
• Manage the facility P&L of Supply Chain operations.
• Implement standardization programs and online requisitioning (EDI).
• Coordinate market-based purchasing projects at the facility.
• Oversee all Supply Chain OR operations activities.
• Collaborate with OR leadership to optimize supply storage and replenishment.
