Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• VA license to sell group health insurance required within first 90 days of employment in this role.
• Valid VA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads credible business relationships with clients, brokers and decision makers in the large group segment.
• Leads a team driving Growth, Retention, Profitability and Strategic Engagement objectives.
• Uses leading and lagging indicators to measure performance, forecast membership and budget processes.
