You will partner with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, optimize revenue streams, manage risk, and support growth initiatives while mentoring the finance team and collaborating with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 6+ years in accounting/finance with healthcare exposure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of financial strategies, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Oversees accounting, reporting, cost analysis, and revenue cycle operations.
• Ensures GAAP and healthcare regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Provides insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitors financial indicators and develops action plans for variances.
• Manages audits and collaborates with external auditors and regulators.
• Leads and mentors the finance team to meet organizational goals.
• Partners with clinical/operational leaders to improve margins and cost containment.
• Supports capital planning and strategic investment decisions.
