Devoted Health seeks a strategic Director, Health Systems Management to oversee the escalation function, reduce response times, and drive scalable processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with executive collaboration, optimize dashboards, and improve outcomes through AI-enabled workflows and strong governance.

The role emphasizes operational rigor, systems thinking, and a track record of delivering results in complex healthcare operations.

• 10+ years in leadership roles with measurable outcomes in complex operations.
• Strong operational rigor; ability to deploy technology to solve business challenges.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to manage through metrics and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Mansioni

• Owns Health System Escalation function: response time, quality, resolution.
• Drive alignment across executive team, Network, Claims, Payment Integrity, Clinical, Product, and Engineering.
• Manage function with KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
• Lead through evolution, maintaining momentum, stability, and strong culture.
• Develop and own future-state processes while running current operations.
• Raise talent bar and model high standards across the organization.
• Build AI-enabled and human-in-the-loop workflows to improve quality and speed of response.
• Establish visibility into units of work, productivity, cost, and workforce planning.
• Define and execute the roadmap to scale the Escalations function via automation and self-service.
