Job summary

Flourish Health is seeking a Director, Health Plan Success to lead and strengthen relationships with Medicaid managed care partners. You will own post-sales lifecycle, drive contract performance, and collaborate with Growth to maximize referrals.

This role requires strong relationship-building, healthcare operations understanding, and data-driven reporting. The position is remote with travel, offering a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, including health plan account management, payer partnerships, or related functions.
• Experience with Medicaid managed care organizations or health plan partners.
• Strong ability to interpret healthcare performance data and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for existing health plan portfolios.
• Build trusted relationships with health plan executives and medical leadership.
• Develop and maintain account success plans with objectives and metrics.
• Monitor referrals, admissions, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to questions and performance concerns.
• Lead implementation planning and ensure timely launches for new contracts.
