Responsibilities

• Supervise data positions.

• Optimize operational workflows through data-informed analysis of patient flow and resource use.
• Monitor and improve quality of care by tracking performance metrics.
• Evaluate programs using statistical and analytical methods.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
