Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top-performing Sales Executives across net-new and named accounts
• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Lead, inspire, and mentor experienced sellers to maximize performance and team effectiveness
• Build a metrics-driven sales culture using transparent reporting and forecasting
• Support deals end-to-end, including presentations, proposals, negotiations, and close
