REGENT Craft Inc. is seeking a Director of Hardware Engineering to lead and scale its hardware organization as it moves from breakthrough prototype to full production.

You will shape leadership, execution, and cross‑functional partnerships to deliver certification‑ready hardware across multiple programs. You will coach leaders, mature processes, and build a team capable of delivering high‑quality, on‑time hardware alongside software partners.

Formación

• Proven senior engineering leadership experience in hardware-intensive industries.
• Proven ability to lead engineering managers and scale teams.
• Track record of evaluating and improving established organizations.
• Experience building and maturing engineering processes for certification.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with software, manufacturing, and PMO.
• Ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and reach decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and strengthen the hardware engineering organization across multiple disciplines.
• Coach functional managers to build high-performing teams.
• Own delivery rhythm with clear cadences and accountability.
• Mature engineering processes including configuration management and design reviews.
• Build leadership capacity and scale managers and senior leads.
• Partner with software to align hardware/software standards.
• Align capacity with program demand, forecast headcount.
• Drive execution across programs with test campaigns and certification milestones.
