As we scale, we require a Head of GTM Strategy and Operations to optimize our sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth. This leadership role involves strategic planning, data analysis, process improvement, and technology management to support our growing sales team. It is a critical role that influences sales performance and overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Translate strategies into executable plans, execute GTM strategic decisions, and ensure process discipline.
  2. Manage and lead strategic planning activities, facilitate project plan implementation and communication.
  3. Build strong relationships, interact with all organizational levels, and achieve results through others.
  4. Manage specific business functions directly and collaborate with sales, services, finance, and marketing teams.
  5. Develop plans, policies, resources, and mission aligned with company goals.
  6. Prepare analyses, develop presentations, lead projects, and track objectives with regional teams.
  7. Act as project manager for leadership meetings and business reviews.
  8. Streamline operational and decision-making processes.
  9. Analyze operating data and industry trends.
Qualifications
  1. 10+ years of experience leading Sales Operations teams, with domain knowledge in enterprise software, business solutions, and BI.
  2. Strong relationship-building with C-level and VP-level leaders for strategic influence.
  3. Experience managing complex global projects.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
  5. Self-sufficient, flexible, confident, and autonomous.
  6. Experience in competitive intelligence, category creation, and PLG is a plus.
