Base pay range
$70.00/hr - $73.00/hr
Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Program Manager to support their team through February 2026, 40 hours/week, fully remote!
The Ideal Program Manager Should Have
- Minimum 5+ years in program management, operations, marketing transformation, strategic planning, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives (C-Level) and working discreetly with their operations teams (e.g., admins, executive communications, business partners) to ensure timely scheduling and completion of meetings, reviews, onsite visits, and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle last-minute requests from leadership by mobilizing the right teams for prompt feedback.
- Enthusiastic and experienced in collaborating with stakeholders across various teams, including marketing, product, sales, design, finance, and communications.
- Demonstrated experience in defining, launching, and managing complex, cross-functional programs and processes from start to finish, with little to no supervision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute key marketing activities, including weekly and monthly reporting, planning sessions, monthly marketing OKRs scoring and reviews with leadership, among others.
- Drive initiatives such as the Marketing Deep Dives learning series, support the Marketing Early in Career program in collaboration with our People Business Partner, and manage the quarterly Marketing Values Awards, from nominations to announcements at the Marketing Town Hall.
- Collaborate with program managers, marketing strategy, and operations teams to implement new processes or refine existing frameworks as the organization evolves and scales.
- Keep key spaces updated with agendas, meeting recaps, processes, and information on upcoming learning series.
- Quickly adjust priorities and respond to last-minute requests from marketing leadership, delivering results and executive summaries aligned with C-Level expectations.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align on strategic plans and ensure thoughtful execution.
