Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a high-caliber Director of Sales to lead expansion into grid-scale and large-scale commercial energy sectors. You will own end-to-end sales from market entry to Master Supply Agreements.

This hunter-leader role relies on deep relationships with utilities, IPPs, integrators, and AI data center hyper-scalers, reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and EPC partners to structure deals and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business; MBA or advanced engineering degree preferred.
• 8+ years of sales experience.
• 4+ years experience in the Battery Energy Storage (BESS) or Renewable Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy for DC-block commercial systems.
• Manage pipeline from lead to contract with CRM-based forecasting.
• Lead go-to-market plans for specific regions and customer segments.
• Own the customer journey from engagement to commissioning.
