Independence Pet Holdings seeks a Senior Director to own enterprise GRC and Third-Party Risk Management across its insurance and MGA ecosystem. You will shape strategy, establish control frameworks, and drive regulatory readiness across diverse entities, coordinating with legal, risk, privacy, and IT leadership.

Experience in heavily regulated financial services, strong executive communication, and a track record of scaling GRC programs are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• 12–15+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or audit.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise information security compliance posture across entities.
• Lead regulatory readiness with NYDFS and state regulators.
• Design unified GRC operating model for multiple entities.
• Scale TPRM program across vendor lifecycle and procurement.
• Drive automation and evidence-driven controls across the organization.
• Report to executives and boards with clear KRIs and timelines.
