Job summary

Google's Global Affairs (GA) seeks a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Solutions Enablement to identify, deploy, and support integrated GRC solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will scale value-driven methodologies and ensure implementations align with legal and regulatory requirements and business goals.

You will lead a high-performing enablement organization delivering end-to-end GRC design, governance, and run-state outcomes across Google's products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in GRC and ERM across frameworks, operations, and audits.
• 10 years of leadership building GRC/risk enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-define the GRC strategy with GA leadership across Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Integrity.
• Set the AI-first GRC technology outlook and roadmap with TRM Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead GRC tech-enablement through all phases of implementation with TRM, owning requirements and design.
• Oversee a cohesive portfolio of interoperable GRC tech focused on legal and regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Act as key thought partner to senior executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
