Job summary

Google's Global Affairs organization seeks a Director of Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Solutions Enablement to lead the strategic discipline for identifying, deploying, and supporting integrated GRC solutions.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Solutions Enablement, you will scale value-driven methodologies across GA and Google to align technology with legal and regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years in GRC/ERM frameworks with leadership of enablement teams.
• Experience with regulatory change management, audits, and risk programs.

Responsibilities

• Co-define GRC strategy with GA leadership across regulatory affairs and risk.
• Set AI-first GRC technology outlook and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead tech enablement through implementation with design ownership.
• Oversee interoperable GRC tech for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior executives across cross-functional teams.
