Job summary

211 San Diego is seeking a Director of Grants & Contract Compliance to lead the organization's grant-seeking, proposal development, and contract compliance efforts. This role reports to the Controller within the Administration and Finance team and oversees a portfolio of funded programs to ensure fiscal and programmatic compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of grants management or contract compliance experience.
• Proven grant writing and funding success.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and respond to grant and funding opportunities.
• Develop proposals and transition awarded opportunities into implementation.
• Monitor contract and program compliance and reporting.
• Oversee fiscal and program compliance for funded programs.
• Track grant and contract activities and revenue.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates to fiscal staff.
• Oversee Development staff, volunteers, and interns.
