Job summary

Washington State University is seeking a Director for the Office of Graduate Education in the College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences. The role coordinates graduate recruitment, policy adherence, and data-driven program improvement across multiple campuses, including Pullman.

The director manages budgets, oversees student records, and collaborates with communications to maintain accurate program information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory experience.
• Four years progressively responsible experience directly related to advising and/or recruiting students.
• In-depth knowledge of graduate curricula and degree programs.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graduate student recruitment and adherence to policies.
• Oversee budget management and strategic planning for graduate programs.
• Develop and monitor student orientations, policies, and data reports.
• Collaborate across multi-campus programs (Everett, Pullman, Spokane, Tri-Cities, Vancouver).
