Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director of Property (D1) to lead capital, customer, and government property functions across the Defense Systems Sector. The role reports to the Sr. Director and will reside at multiple U.S.

facilities, including Linthicum, MD. You will guide strategy, enforce compliance with FAR/DFARS, and manage audits and reporting. The successful candidate will lead a team, collaborate across functions, and deliver property initiatives to support business objectives in a

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS with ability to apply policy to property requirements.
• Experience in Government property management policies, regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of DFARS business systems and SOX reporting requirements.
• Ability to lead Government Property teams and audits.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain/maintain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property professionals managing Government/customer and company property.
• Set strategic direction for Government Property organization across the sector.
• Ensure property procedures comply with NG and government/customer requirements.
• Maintain compliant Government Property operations per policies and regulations.
• Interface with customers, auditors, and senior management on property matters.
• Develop and implement tracking/reporting tools and key Property metrics.
