Idera, Inc., a global software leader, is seeking an experienced Director, Worldwide Tax to lead our worldwide tax function. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape tax strategy, manage international and domestic tax, transfer pricing, and tax compliance across a fast‑growing tech group.

You will lead a team of four tax professionals, partner with Big Four firms, and drive AI‑enabled automation to improve tax planning, data analytics, and reporting in a complex multinational structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MST or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in corporate and international tax.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP tax implications.
• Experience with multinational and cross-border tax matters.

Responsabilités

• Lead Idera’s worldwide tax function, including US and international tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Develop and execute tax strategies to optimize cash taxes and compliance.
• Serve as principal tax advisor to CFO and Finance leadership on major transactions.
• Oversee global tax planning, structuring, and integration of acquisitions.
• Build and mentor the tax team and manage external advisors.
