Job summary

Immunovant, Inc. is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Product Planning to lead integrated clinical and commercial forecasting and inventory planning across global CMOs. The role partners with clinical, commercial, CMC-QA, finance, and vendor teams to deliver actionable plans.

You will design and implement planning processes within ERP/SCMS, build dashboards, and establish safety stock and KPI tracking. Remote-based with travel and a fast-paced, regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, life sciences, supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry.
• 7+ years in production planning, inventory control, or demand forecasting for clinical and commercial materials.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and SCMS planning systems.
• Deep expertise in demand, supply, and materials planning including S&OP, MRP, safety stock.
• Strong data analytics skills with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and coordinating with external CMO/vendor partners.
• Understanding of cGMP, GDP, regulatory material release requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated forecasts within SCMS planning and inventory tools; track forecast accuracy.
• Translate clinical enrollment and sales forecasts into master production plans for drug substances and products.
• Allocate drug substance batches between clinical and commercial use; communicate plans to supply colleagues.
• Maintain item/material masters and define data standards within ERP/SCMS.
• Provide supply plan requests to CMO teams and integrate schedules into the master plan.
• Establish safety stock, lot sizing, shelf-life policies; monitor stock levels globally.
• Plan material requirements against BOMs and CMO schedules.
• Develop scenarios and quantify budget impact with finance and leadership.
• Identify supply bottlenecks and ensure continuity under GxP.
• Support commercial launch readiness; document processes with defined roles and controls.
• Use ERP/SCMS data to build dashboards and KPIs to drive decisions.
