Job summary

Immunovant, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead corporate and commercial IT business systems from a remote location in the United States.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial leadership to design and deliver a unified IT landscape, including ERP, P2P, HCM, CRM, data, BI, and AI capabilities. The role oversees PMO integration, vendor management, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of biopharma IT experience; commercial systems and product launch experience preferred.
• Experience building G&A and commercial systems (ERP, P2P, HCM, CRM, data, BI, and AI) with Veeva and NetSuite a plus.
• Experience leading PMO, technical projects, and vendor management across multi-vendor programs; PMP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and biopharma IT regulatory/compliance.
• Executive-level business partner and hands-on builder; strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Remote-based
• Domestic travel is approximately 10%

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT business partner to Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial leadership; own and execute the corporate and commercial systems roadmap.
• Lead the stand-up of the IT infrastructure supporting the commercial technology ecosystem for launch.
• Build out and scale the G&A applications portfolio: Finance/ERP and procure-to-pay, HR/HCM, Legal and Compliance, and collaboration platforms.
• Shape enterprise data and innovation capabilities, including IT architecture and vendor-supported data warehousing, enabling AI adoption.
• Drive end-to-end implementations, from requirements and design through testing, cutover, and hypercare; build sustainable support models.
• Partner with the IT PMO to mature PMO function and governance across IT and business.
• Support R&D initiatives and CSV-governed systems in partnership with the Sr. Director, R&D Business Systems.
