Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience in supply chain, service supply chain, operations, transformation, program leadership, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs in complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, governance models, investment priorities, business cases, and value realization mechanisms.
• Experience leading teams and building organizational capabilities across program management, change management, analytics, and transformation execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term Service Supply Chain transformation vision, operating model, and capability roadmap in partnership with functional leaders.
• Develop, govern, and refresh a multi-year transformation portfolio aligned to business strategy, investment priorities, ROI, and organizational capacity.
• Lead a global portfolio of transformation programs across physical and digital Service Supply Chain priorities, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and value realization objectives.
• Establish and govern transformation methodologies, phase-gate reviews, program governance, decision frameworks, and performance management routines.
• Partner with senior leaders across Service Supply Chain, Enterprise Operations, Finance, IT/Digital Transformation, and related Centers of Excellence to align transformation priorities and resource commitments.
