Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Program Support Director (PSD) as a senior leader within its Global Program Support Team. The PSD collaborates with Regional Directors and Country Directors to strengthen program quality, risk management, and leadership capacity, supervising 3-5 direct reports.

Reporting to the DCOO, the PSD provides strategic guidance, ensures donor compliance, and aligns with Ipas strategy. The role emphasizes cross-cultural collaboration and learning across the network.

Qualifications

• Commitment to sexual and reproductive health and rights and experience leading multi-country programs.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams through shared leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency preferred.
• Experience managing donor-funded programs and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to regional and country programs and ensure alignment with Ipas strategy.
• Support donor engagement, compliance, and risk management across networks.
• Foster shared leadership and capacity strengthening across teams and regions.
• Oversee monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability across assigned programs.
