Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, payroll operations, payroll transformation, or enterprise platform leadership.
• Deep experience with domestic and international payroll operations, processes, and controls.
• Experience building or enhancing enterprise payroll products, platforms, or operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance requirements, governance, and risk considerations.
• Track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with payroll technology, HR systems, vendor platforms, and service delivery models.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align business process, technology strategy, control requirements, and colleague experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving delivery without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, service insights, and process analysis to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll product strategy and vision across domestic and international processes, including pay admin, controls, compliance, and support.
• Lead payroll transformation to simplify and modernize operations, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and scale payroll products by owning roadmaps and delivery for global capabilities across countries and jurisdictions.
• Drive operational excellence with cross-functional partners to improve payroll workflows, controls, issue resolution, and service delivery.
• Balance standardized experiences with country-specific payroll requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Use data to define metrics, monitor payroll performance, and incorporate feedback to improve products and processes.
