Ripple is seeking a Product Manager to own the cross-border payout offering that bridges stablecoins and fiat for global institutions. You will lead the roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Legal to build scalable, customer-first payment experiences.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in financial services, fintech, or crypto with 5-10 years in product management.
• Deep payments expertise and curiosity about digital assets and blockchain.
• Proven track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a productVision and roadmap for Global Payouts.
• Own end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts.
• Partner with Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive decisions.
• Deliver concise, aligned communication across teams.
