Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Scouting to identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities aligning with the global strategy. The role focuses on licensing, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the portfolio across companion animal, equine, and emerging tech segments.

The Director will build and manage partnerships supporting long-term growth, pipeline development, and regulatory navigation across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Proven track record in identifying and evaluating business transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a business development plan aligned with global strategy.
• Identify opportunities including licensing, partnerships, JVs, and collaborations.
• Build relationships with external partners and key opinion leaders.
• Represent the company at conferences, forums, and venture networks.
