Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of marketing business processes and fundamentals.
• At least 5 years previous Product Marketing, Field Sales or relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Marketing/Product specific role.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher is necessary.
• Experience in the animal health sector is preferred.
• Digital marketing proficiency
• Proven work experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to analyse and synthesize large datasets, including sales performance, market research, and financial forecasting, to guide product strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term product strategies that align with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive
• Ability to navigate regulatory, technical, and legal processes effectively.
• Effective change management and leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts successfully

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute strategic plans to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for brands.
• Provide data-driven marketing strategies using market research, industry trends and customer insights.
• Lead changes during product updates, regulatory shifts, or market disruptions.
• Manage 6Ps execution (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement, POP, Protocol) for the brand.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product strategy execution.
• Capture VOC feedback from veterinarians, consumers and partners to shape programs.
• Develop channel-specific marketing strategies harnessing various customer channels.
• Gather feedback from sales and retail teams to refine SKUs and collateral.
• Oversee market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
