Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a senior packaging leader to own commercial packaging across primary, secondary, and serialized formats, including ex-US manufacturing and CMOs. You will manage artwork, serialization, packaging validation, and regulatory interfaces while scaling capabilities for international markets.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge, experience launching products in US and international markets, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
• 10+ years in commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply.
• Hands-on ex-US commercial manufacturing and distribution experience with CMOs.
• Expertise in artwork management, serialization/track-and-trace, and packaging validation.
• Strong GMP, change control, and regulatory knowledge for packaging across geographies.
• Experience launching a commercial product in US and ex-US markets (EU, LATAM, Japan).
• Willingness to travel 20–25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial packaging engineering - primary, secondary and serialized packaging from design through steady-state supply.
• Lead ex-US commercial manufacturing and distribution with CMOs and partners across international markets.
• Own end-to-end artwork management.
• Own serialization and track-and-trace compliance across markets.
• Lead packaging and process validation, change control with Quality/Regulatory.
• Manage commercial manufacturing budget, capacity commitments and supplier performance.
• Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Commercial and Supply Planning for launches and lifecycle changes.
