Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a leader to oversee commercial manufacturing and packaging for biopharma products, focusing on packaging, serialization, and ex-US supply to support global market expansion.

You will coordinate end-to-end packaging engineering, manage international CMOs, ensure compliance with serialization regulations, and lead validation activities across regions. This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams for lifecycle management and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial pharma manufacturing and global packaging.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, change control, and international regulatory standards.
• Proven track record launching products in US and ex-US markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end packaging engineering (primary, secondary, serialized).
• Manage international CMOs and distribution partners.
• Ensure serialization and track-and-trace compliance (EU FMD, US DSCSA).
• Lead validation activities across packaging programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches, lifecycle management, and quality assurance.
