Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) seeks a Director, Newborn Health to lead the global newborn health portfolio, including preterm respiratory care and congenital syphilis elimination.

You will develop strategy, coordinate with country teams, and drive program execution across Africa, Asia, and other regions to reduce neonatal mortality at scale. You will collaborate with the VP and other leads, engage with donors and governments, and build partnerships to expand access to life-saving

Formación

• Advanced degree in public health, medicine, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive global health experience.
• Deep experience in newborn or maternal health.
• Fluency in English; French is a significant asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global newborn health strategy and set portfolio priorities.
• Oversee programs across multiple countries and ensure measurable impact.
